Katie & Carly's journey to founding Heyday Bakery began with a shared a passion for baking. After meeting at Seattle Culinary Academy, they realized their dream of turning their love for baking into a profession. With a blend of skills honed through past careers, years of home-baking, professional culinary training, and hands-on experience in commercial bakeries, Heyday Bakery is the culmination of their expertise and creativity. Where is Heyday Bakery located?

We operate out of a commercial kitchen in Woodinville, WA. All of our products are made under a Washington USDA license in a facility that is regularly inspected by the county health department.

What's in the box?

Typically, each box includes 3-4 types of cookies (at least 2 or 3 of each kind), a small sweet loaf, a slice of cake, and a seasonal special like a brownie (usually 15-18 individual servings). Can I send to multiple addresses?

You can send as many Heyday boxes as you like! Many of our loyal customers like to buy one for their home and send one to a friend or family member. At this time, the easiest way to ship to multiple locations is to make separate purchases for each destination.

When will my box be delivered?

We ship all of our boxes at one time and post the estimated delivery window on the product page when you order. We provide a window of 1-3 days because we ship all over the US.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! As soon as we print the shipping label for your order, you will receive an email from orders@Heydaybakery.com with your tracking number. This is usually the weekend before our estimated delivery window.

Do you take special orders?

Typically no, we focus on our monthly bakery boxes that we ship during the specific time range indicated. However, our business is still evolving and we're open to new opportunities. If you are interested in having Heyday Bakery cater an event or ship a large order to a company or employees, please email us a orders@heydaybakery.com.

Can I customize my bakery box?

We offer free gift messages to include in the box if you are sending to someone else. When you checkout on our website, be sure to select type a message in the Gift Message box. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer customers the option to select which items are included in their box.

What if I have a food allergy?

All of our food is individually packaged and label with exact ingredients including common allergens. Please read the labeling carefully. If you have an allergy that you are concerned about, please contact us at orders@heydaybakery.com and we will see if there is a way to adjust your order. In some cases, we may be able to provide a substitute item, but cannot guarantee this service.
