Do you ship cookies and brownies nationwide?
Yes! Heyday Bakery ships freshly baked cookies and brownies anywhere in the United States. Our treats are carefully packaged so they arrive ready to enjoy or gift.
When will my cookie box arrive?
Orders ship on Mondays. Once your box ships, delivery typically takes 2-3 days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information when your order leaves our kitchen.
How do you keep cookies fresh during shipping?
Every cookie & brownie is packaged in a heat-sealed polypropylene bag on the day that it's baked. We also use recyclable paper to keep your treats from shifting during shipping.
Can I send a cookie box as a gift?
Absolutely! Heyday Bakery boxes make great gifts for birthdays, thank-you gifts, client gifts, employee appreciation, holidays, and just because. Add a personalized gift message at checkout.
Can I send to multiple addresses?
You can send as many Heyday boxes as you like! Many of our loyal customers like to buy one for their home and send one to a friend or family member. At this time, the easiest way to ship to multiple locations is to make separate purchases for each destination. For larger orders or corporate gifting, use our Corporate Gifting Form or contact us directly.
Are your cookies made from scratch?
Yes! Every Heyday Bakery treat is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes! As soon as we print the shipping label for your order, you will receive an email from Heydaybakery.com with your tracking number.
Do you take special orders?
No, we are currently only offering what is available on our website. If you are interested in having Heyday Bakery cater an event or ship a large order to a company or employees, please email us a orders@heydaybakery.com.
